This partnership aims to offer a FREE first intervention to all Residential Policy Holders in case of a water damage, electrical breakdown and/or glass breakage claim.
How it works?
Whenever a Residential Policy Holder faces an urgent claim, he can call AXA call center on 04/727000 whom from their side will assess if there is a necessity for the SOS first intervention.
The provided claim information will be transmitted to Switch group in order to send a professional maintenance team at the client door to stop the damage from expanding.
After the visit, an expert from AXA will contact the client to assess the damages and move on with the normal procedure.
The only entry gate for submitting the claim is through AXA call center.
