In order to honor, appreciate and reward our co- workers who showed an exceptional performance on their job during a determined quarter period, AXA Middle East’s board of directors decided to establish a periodic election to reward an employee each quarter.

In this context, Mr. Antoine Saadeh, senior underwriter in the motor and workmen’s compensation department was designated as the best co-worker of the first quarter of 2009.

In addition to his compliance with all the selection criteria, Mr. Saadeh has showed exceptional perseverance and seriousness during his long years of good and loyal services. He also contributed significantly in developing the motor department branch throughout his thirty years of service within the company. His efforts were the main reason in the automation of the motor insurance’s tariffs.

This event was celebrated during a small welcome drink that was held within the company. This event was attended by the executive committee and board of directors of AXA Middle East. Mr. Saadeh, the winning employee, was congratulated by Mr Roger Nasnas (Chairman and Chief executive officer of the company) and Mr. Elie Nasnas, (General Manager) who encouraged the employees to always persevere in developing their personal skills and to innovate constantly in order to serve the client better.

A souvenir picture was handled to Mr. Saadeh along with a financial retribution and an additional day off, in order to thank him for his continuous effort.
