The AXA professional deontology reflects our visions and values witch guide our everyday behavior, and are at the origins of this code’s stipulations.

Our Business: Financial Protection

We are conscious and proud of our business’s contribution to the economic and social development in Lebanon. This is why we practice it responsibly, while respecting universal values in all countries where AXA group is present. These values are team spirit, integrity, innovation, realism and professionalism. We also value essential commitments (embedded by the AXA flower of commitments- see below) towards our different partners, allowing them to be life confident.

Commitments AXA

This compliance code, adopted by AXA Middle East, defines some basic rules that must be strictly applied by all entities within the group.
These rules include:
  • The professional compliance code
  • Rules about the control and use of material and non public information (“rule of the compliance wall”)
  • Rules detailing the conservation and archiving of documents
  • Rules defining the negotiation of the AXA Group’s titles (insider’s offense)
  • Rules against internal fraud
  • Anti money laundering charter

This compliance guide is applicable to:

  • All AXA Middle East employees
  • Its directors
  • Its administrators
  • Its general agents, delegates and collaborators

Brokers, contracting parties and consultants are not bound by this compliance guide.
